If you are among those who like wood over metal and plastic, head to Vivanta by Taj, Connemara – Chennai’s 19th century vintage property in heart of old Chennai with exotic art deco ambience. It’s a beautiful property reminiscing the colonial British era. The property and rooms are both spacious and quite. There are a lot of photographs of some of the historic moments in the property’s 160 years of existence. In one word, the stay here is ‘enchanting’.
