It gives me immense pleasure to recreate the proud moment when one of our own, a fashion blogger owned the ramp at India’s biggest fashion event, Amazon India Fashion Week. My heartfelt wishes and love goes out to Shreya Kalra who writes at For The Love Of Fashion And Other Things. Shreya Kalra played the opening-showstopper for fashion designer Nikhita Tandon in a printed maxi dress with sweetheart neckline. Shreya isn’t just your regular pretty faced fashion blogger but offers distinctive insights on fashion, style and all the other things it encompasses, like her blog title suggests. It makes her a perfect ambassador to represent the Indian fashion blogging clan on the runway. Trendy and stylish clothes can make you pretty, but it’s the ‘other-things’ that take you from pretty to beautiful. Shreya, if you’re reading this, and I know you’ll read this… well, you looked beautiful in the photographs that surfaced after the show.
