Wait, What? It’s December Already!

The end of the year is often an emotional period as we unceasingly look back at the year that was wasn’t. But then, December also comes with a feeling of cheerfulness and celebrations. Holidays, Christmas and New Year festive spirit promise great shopping experience at discounted prices like GOSF deals by CupoNation that I am looking forward to. Find the largest online stores showcasing their vouchers and discounts with offers like Myntra coupons. After all, December is the time for festival, shopping, celebrations, warmth, comfort and chilling.

I am comfortably set in a serene state of tranquility thanking 2014 for the memories it had to offer, though they weren’t necessarily great. The year was all about chaos, instability, sour goodbyes and heart break with eerie sound of silent mourning… so silent that it’s deafening. It may sound clichéd but the year also taught me a way to deal with inevitable end of things and greet new beginnings with courage and optimism.

Somewhere along the turbulent journey, the unsettling dismay and anarchy has deeply influenced the style of my illustrations. My strokes have become chaotic; I colour outside the lines and no longer pay attention to details and instead focus on the larger picture. Amidst the messy scribbles lie confident lines that’s unafraid to take risk without the fear of making mistakes. My artwork reflects my personality. There I lie, chilling amidst chaos, looking forward to the new year, new beginning – good or bad, just bring it on 🙂

“For last year’s words belong to last year’s language
And next year’s words await another voice.
And to make an end is to make a beginning.”
(Little Gidding)”
― T.S. Eliot
