Runway Report – Gucci Ready To Wear SS-2010, Milan Fashion Week

Freida Giannini made it all look sexy yet sporty for Gucci Spring/Summer 2010 at Milan fashion week. In most cases, the clothes were tightly fitted and coordinated with strapped boots. This collection too, like it’s previous one, had plenty of neutral shades in play. Tight leather trousers, leather skirts were seen in shades of grey, white etc. The colour palette looked quite familiar (like in most shows this season), starting off with white, grey, black and then some bizarre prints in orange, grey, white and then black.

Accessories like the high heel strapped shoes, hand bags, some chunky belts and some metal work were teamed with sporty silhouettes.
The show took a classy turn with these black full length gown, and I particularly like decorative metallics that connects the dress with the neckline.

These prints were my favourite part of the collection.
Overall, a sexy, stylish, sporty collection from Gucci for Spring Summer 2010.

I often read your blog and always find it very interesting. Thought it was about time i let you know…Keep up the great work.
You'll find that wearing longer skirts to work can be a great idea. Just make sure that you don't wear a skirt that is too tight to work. However, you should never wear a super short leather mini on the job.
